Samsung Electronics America is bolstering its high-resolution monitor lineup with the introduction of the 27-inch ViewFinity S9 (S90PC model). This latest addition follows the successful launch of the ViewFinity S8 (S80PB model) in June 2022, which featured Ultra High Definition (UHD) resolution. Designed to cater to the needs of professionals in creative industries such as graphic design and photography, the ViewFinity S9 has been recognized as a CES Innovation Award honoree in 2023.
The ViewFinity S9 boasts a 27-inch display with 5K resolution (5,120 x 2,880), featuring a 99% DCI-P3 color space and 218 pixels per inch (PPI), and a typical brightness of 600 cd/m2. The monitor is factory calibrated for Delta E <21 accuracy right out of the box.
