The OLED Association has reported that Samsung Display has contracted with Samsung Engineering to spend $218 million for construction work on the A5 flexible OLED display plant. The plant is due to start production in January 2019 and is expected to make at least 120,000 G6 substrates per month eventually with completion in July 2020.
