Samsung said that it would preview some of the 8K content from the ‘The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power’ to its Samsung 837 store on its three-storey LED wall. It will also debut on Samsung’s landmark LED digital screens overlooking New York City’s Times Square, London’s Piccadilly Circus and Milan’s Piazza del Duomo.

What We Think
8K would benefit from more 8K native content although I would be hard pressed to tell the difference between well up-scaled good quality UltraHD and native content, unless I saw it side-by-side.
