9to5Google claims that the rumoured Nexus 6 smartphone will be launched this month, alongside the HTC-produced Nexus 9 tablet (Display Monitor Vol 21 No 26). The website claims that an alternative name for the phone may be ‘Nexus X’.
Arriving with customers in November, the next Nexus phone will apparently feature a 5.9″ display with 2560 x 1440 resolution. A 2.6GHz quad-core processor (Snapdragon 805) will run Android L, the next version of Google’s OS.
