Roku reported revenues up 73% year on year to $452 million in Q3 2020 with gross profit up 81% to $215 million. Operating profit was up to $12 million against a loss last year of $26.5 million.
Active accounts were up from 32.2 million to 46 million and streaming hours up from 9.6 billion to 14.8 billion. ARPU was up 20% to $27.
What We Think
Getting to positive operating income is a good sign for Roku which continues to get more traction, despite the tough competition, especially from Android/Google TV. (BR)
