Review: Asus ZenBook 13 OLED UM325S

What They Say

The Hexus blog had a look at the Asus ZenBook UM325S notebook which has a 13.3-inch FullHD OLED screen, which is the only option for AMD-powered machines, whereas the Intel-powered versions are available with OLEDs or LCDs.

The display is a Samsung 16:9 panel identified as ATNA33XC11-0 and with up to 400 cd/m² of brightness and 100% of the DCI-P3 gamut. The blog describes the OLED as ‘rather nice’ (typical British understatement!) but the reviewers disliked the glossy display. There is no anti-glare option. Price is also seen as a bit high.

The site measured the display. There are more charts on the site, but we thought the ones below were the most useful.

What We Think

I’m surprised that the response to the look of the display was a bit ‘meh’, but then again, I may be a bit display-centric! (and I agree about the anti-reflection issue) (BR)
