Realtek Semiconductor announced March 2017 revenue of NT$3.42 billion ($111.7 million)and FY17 Q1 revenue of NT$9.98 billion ($111.7 million).
The March 2017 revenue had increased by 12.3% on monthly basis but was lower by 0.6% on yearly basis. The FY17 Q1 revenue had increased by 1.8% on quarterly basis and 11% on yearly basis. Realtek expects to have another good year of record revenues in 2017, buoyed by continued growth in sales in Wi-Fi and switch product segments, and new product lines including SSD controllers and Type-C chip solutions.
