Quanta Computer announced its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2018 with net revenues of NT$ 220.93 billion ($7.39 billion), a decrease of 3.1%, compared to NT$227.92 billion($7.63 billion) in Q1 2107. Net income for Q1 2018 was NT$2.74 billion ($92 million), a decrease of 2.1%, compared to the NT$2.78 billion ($93 million) in Q1 2017.
In 2018, the company continues to expect strong sales in the cloud server business whereas the company’s notebook shipments will stay flat or drop slightly on year.
