PMA Research has announced the top-selling projectors in the USA in February. The company divides the results into three categories: ‘pico and personal’, ‘mainstream’ and ‘4,000+ lumen’.
Optoma’s EH501 held on to the top spot in the large venue category. Epson had the second- and third-best-selling models, again: the Powerlite Pro G6750Wu and Powerlite 1940W. Sony’s VPL-FHZ55/W placed fourth and Hiatchi’s CP-X4030WN rounded out the category.
In mainstream projectors, Infocus’ IN124a came in first, with the IN112a in second. Epson, again, had a pair of best-sellers, with the Powerlite X17 and 97 in third- and fourth-place for the second month in a row. NEC’s NP-M322W took fifth place.
Aaxa ruled the pico and personal segment again, with three models – the LED Pico, P300 Pico and P4-X – in first, fourth and fifth, respectively. Optoma’s ML550 took second place and Asus’ S1 came in third.
