Meanwhile, PSVR has sold 2 million units, along with 12.2 million copies of its games. 150 games are now available for PSVR, with another 130 planned for release before the end of 2018.
Analyst Comment
Microsoft does not release its own data on XBox Sales, but analysts put XBox One sales in the 30 million to 40 million range. The Nintendo Switch has sold 10 million units after Black Friday sales. That puts it well ahead of the Wii U, which sold only 13.5 million units over its lifetime. Forbes has pointed out that this is only a few days longer than Sony took to reach 10 million with the PlayStation 4 and has sold faster than the XBox One which took a year to ship 10 million units.
