Philips Commits to Carbon Neutrality

At the World Climate Summit in France, Philips has announced that it is committed to becoming carbon neutral by 2020. The company expects to have reduced itts carbon footprint by 40% this year, since 2007, but wants to accelerate that process over the next five years. More than half of the company’s energy use now comes from renewable sources.
