UK pet shop chain Pets at Home has partnered with IBM to roll out its MobileFirst for iOS app, Sales Assist, to in-store iPads.
The app will be used by the chain’s 3,000 colleagues across their 440 stores nationwide to assist customers with product-related queries and convert them to sales, by providing easy access to the company database and product catalogue from any location, using IBM Cloud.
