Panasonic Undergoes Major Restructure

Panasonic has announced that it’s board of directors has reshuffled the representative directors due to senior management changes. Yasuji Enokido, Mototsugu Sato and Tetsuro Homma will serve as senior managing directors, leaving their previous positions as managing directors. The changes will come into effect from 1st April. The current executive vice president Yoshihiko Yamada has been assigned a new responsibility as corporate advisor, effective from the 24th June.
