Quanta Revenues Up Despite Notebook Fall

Quanta’s revenues in July reached NT$72.2 billion ($): a 3.9% MoM increase, but slipping 13.7% YoY. Year-to-date revenues were NT$477.2 billion, down 2.6% YoY. The on-month growth was achieved despite a double-digit (20%) fall in notebook shipments, to 3.2 million units. This is because most of the revenue growth came from non-notebook businesses.
