Optoma has released six new DLP projector models with up to 4,000 lumens of output and based on lamp technology. Resolutions are FullHD, 1280 x 800 (WXGA) and 1024 x 768 (XGA).
Joe Ahmed, head of marketing at Optoma EMEA, commented: “We are launching this new range of projectors specifically for professional users who want higher quality images for both data and video and a level of brightness suitable for almost any meeting room. They have similar throw ratios to older LCD projectors making it quick and easy for businesses to swap over”.
Inputs include HDMI and MHL and wireless support is via HDMI dongles. The 400+ series has dual HDMI and dual VGA as well as remote management by ethernet. The weight is 2.5Kg and audio is 10W (mono).
