The UK’s Ocean Group has announced the acquisition of MediaCo Outdoor, a Manchester-based company specialising in OOH digital and backlight premium large formats.
Ocean’s CEO Tim Bleakley said the acquisition will accelerate the company’s dual strategy of developing “ iconic digital and premium formats, and mirrors its acquisition of Signature Outdoor in Birmingham last year”.
Financial details were not disclosed.
