New High Performance DuraCore Laser Projector

Optoma has just announced a new 8,000 lumen laser projector, the ZU750, perfect for simulation, live events, museums, visitor centres and other complex installations.

This WUXGA projector forms part of the DuraCore laser range which combines a long-lifetime light source and an independent IP rated dust certification. Designed for continuous 24/7 operation, the ZU750 supports 360° and portrait orientations and offers seven interchangeable lens options for ultimate flexibility.

For large-scale projection or stacking, the ZU750 features built-in edge-blending and warping. An HDBaseT™ input is also included to simplify cabling requirements and reduce installation complexity, saving time and reducing costs.

James Fursse, Technical Product Manager at Optoma Europe, commented: “The ZU750 joins our ProScene range of DuraCore laser projectors delivering a minimum of 20,000 hours in full brightness mode. Aside from the excellent reliability and performance, DuraCore technology means virtually maintenance-free operation. The ZU750 is suitable for all types of installations with multiple lens options including an ultra short throw lens and single-projector dome lens.”

Featuring a dust resistant optical engine that has been independently certified as IP5X, this latest professional ‘fit and forget’ model offers spectacular versatility and reliability.
