Neo Advertising Hamburg Taken Over by Ströer

Neo Advertising Hamburg has been taken over by Ströer, according to Invidis.

The Neo takeover now puts Ströer in charge of the Digital-Out-of-Home advertising network for the Edeka supermarket chain in northern Germany, as well as 50,000 other advertising displays for Neo’s other customers, including Unilever and L’Oreal.

Neo Advertising founder and CEO Sven Jacobi will remain in position for the next two years, overseeing the company’s integration with Ströer.
