Display market research specialist, Ross Young, has got hold of a Galaxy Z Flip (not the Flip 2) on a special deal and gives his thoughts on the product. He was impressed with the quality despite the criticism of this product when it was released.
What We Think
Ross has been digging into the technologies for folding (UTG/hard coats etc) so his comments on the design are much more informed than most. He is very positive about the potential for folding smartphones, but I have been of that mind since I first saw prototypes some five or six years ago. (BR)
