Microsoft Will Lower Smartphone Orders

Smartphone makers say that Microsoft has lowered its orders for low-cost models, as demand in emerging markets has been lower than expected. The makers estimate that orders will fall as much as 20% MoM through 2015. Companies including Samsung Display, Compal and TPK produce low-cost phones for Microsoft.
