Microsoft Forces Partial Windows Update

The Inquirer has found out that Microsoft is installing Windows 10 files on users’ PCs – whether they have opted in to the update or not. Users have discovered hidden folders ranging in size from 3.5GB to 6GB, which are installed through Microsoft’s Patch Tuesday update programme. Microsoft says that it is helping prepare devices to install Windows 10, but complaints have focused on limited data connections going over their caps and the slow-down of business networks.
