Meta and Ray-Ban Unveil Limited Edition Smart Glasses with Coperni at Paris Fashion Week

Meta and Ray-Ban have debuted an exclusive collaboration with French design brand Coperni during Paris Fashion Week. The new Ray-Ban Meta x Coperni Limited Edition smart glasses, priced at $549, represent a push into luxury fashion territory for Meta’s wearable technology.

With only 3,600 pairs available worldwide, these premium smart glasses feature Ray-Ban’s classic Wayfarer design in black with stylish gray mirror lenses, subtly enhanced with Coperni branding on the temple. Models showcased the glasses on the runway, demonstrating their ability to capture photos and videos in real-time, part of Meta’s vision of technology as fashion.

The limited edition offering comes at nearly double the price of standard Ray-Ban x Meta smart glasses, which have reportedly sold millions of units at $299. By launching exclusively through official brand websites and avoiding mass-market platforms, Meta is clearly positioning these smart glasses as a coveted luxury item for both fashion enthusiasts and tech early adopters.

This strategic partnership follows Meta’s ongoing commitment to the smart eyewear market, building on their ten-year collaboration agreement with EssilorLuxottica signed in 2023, as the company continues to blend technology with high fashion sensibilities.
