Dell and Alienware Expand Display Lineup with New Monitors and Management Software

Dell Technologies and its gaming subsidiary Alienware have unveiled an extensive new collection of monitors and PC management solutions, building on their momentum from CES 2025.

The company introduced two new monitor families – Dell Pro Plus and Dell Plus. Accompanying these displays is the new Dell Display and Peripheral Manager (DDPM), a software solution that streamlines the management of displays and peripherals, including docking stations. Targeted at IT administrators who should benefit from DDPM’s remote management capabilities for Dell’s UltraSharp and Pro commercial displays.

On the gaming front, Alienware announced six new monitors, headlined by the CES 2025 Innovation Award-winning Alienware 27 4K QD-OLED Monitor. The popular Alienware 34 Ultra-Wide QD-OLED Monitor has received substantial upgrades, now featuring a faster 240Hz refresh rate and more connectivity options.

Alienware is also including a 27-inch QHD monitor with a 280Hz refresh rate aimed at competitive gamers, and three more affordable options: the Alienware 34 Ultra-Wide, Alienware 32, and Alienware 27. All three offer QHD resolution, fast response times, and compatibility with both NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync technologies.

Dell and Alienware are also strengthening their position in collegiate esports with options like the Alienware 25 Monitor, with 320Hz refresh rate at approximately $249.99, making professional-grade gaming more accessible to student players.

Alienware offers two primary support options for its monitors. Basic Support provides 24×7 assistance in the U.S. and Canada (with support available during local business hours in other regions) and covers standard hardware troubleshooting under a standard repair model. In contrast, Alienware Care offers 24×7 support from expert Alienware technicians and uses an advanced exchange repair model, meaning that, in most cases, a replacement display is shipped the next business day following a phone or online diagnosis. The Repair Model SLA is typically 1–2 business days, although shipping times can vary by location. A fee may be charged if the defective unit is not returned. QD-OLED panels under Alienware Care are limited to a maximum warranty term of three years.
