MediaTek will launch a new Helio P-series mobile SoC alongside its existing P60 and P22 chips later this year, according to sources in Taiwan, who also mentioned that Oppo is likely to order the new chipset for a new smartphone due for launch during the first half of 2019.
The Helio P60 is one of two SoCs launched by MediaTek so far this year.
