LG recently announced the pricing and availability details for two new additions to its UltraGear gaming monitor lineup – the 45-inch LG UltraGear GR75DC and GR65DC.
The LG UltraGear GR75DC is now available for preorder exclusively from LG’s website for $899.99. For a limited time, customers who preorder will receive a free UltraGear GP9 gaming speaker worth $399 along with free expedited shipping.
Both monitors sport massive 45-inch screens with a 32:9 aspect ratio, effectively providing dual 24-inch 16:9 QHD displays side-by-side on one monitor. The curved 1500R panels feature a sharp QHD resolution of 5120 x 1440 pixels and a speedy 200Hz refresh rate with 1ms GtG response time.
LG claims the screens can cover up to 95% of the DCI-P3 color gamut and are AMD FreeSync Premium Pro certified. The monitors also support picture-by-picture and picture-in-picture modes for simultaneous gaming and streaming.
Connectivity-wise, the GR75DC includes USB-C, DP1.4, and HDMI 2.1 ports. The GR65DC skips USB-C but retains DP and HDMI. Both models have a 4-pole headphone jack with DTS Headphone:X surround sound.
With high-end specs tailored for immersive gaming and a tempting preorder deal, LG’s new UltraGear monitors could be appealing options for serious gamers who want ultra-wide screens without breaking the bank. The GR75DC preorder is live now on LG’s website for $899.99, while the GR65DC is already available at $799.99.
