LG in Japan has released an unusually designed monitor that is designed for desk standing or hanging from an office screen partition.
The unit is a QuadHD IPS monitor and there is a full specification here, but apart from the design, it is unexceptional.
What We Think
This is an interesting monitor, but the lack of tilt and swivel means that it should not be used in the EU as it would not meet the EU directive unless used on a desktop. It’s interesting that the monitor in the picture seems to be working without connections – unless they have been passed through a hole cut in the screen! (BR)
