LG Display posted Q2 net losses of KRW301 billion ($269 million), compared with net profits of KRW737 billion ($659 million) in the year-ago quarter, on revenue of KRW5.6 trillion ($5.0 billion), down 15% from KRW6.6 trillion ($5.9 billion) a year earlier. 42% of turnover came from TV panels, with the remainder coming from mobile devices (22%), tablets and notebooks (19%) and monitors (17%). The company said that it will focus on higher-value products and on features that will differentiate it from its competitors.
