Notebook shipments at LCFC (Hefei) Electronics, a joint venture between Lenovo and Compal, will not be ramped higher in the next fiscal year, say sources in the supply chain. The decision was taken due to higher-than-expected shipments in fiscal 2015, expected to be about 23 million units: 15% higher than the 20-million-unit target.
