Lenovo unveiled the Magic Watch concept last month (Lenovo Solves Small-Screen Smartwatch Issue), and more information has now come to light. The watch features a near-eye display in the strap, which uses a patented light guide optical element to make the screen appear larger – up to 20 times the size of a normal smartwatch screen.
