KOE Europe, working with Japan Display, has developed three new industrial TFT-LCD display modules. These 7″, 8″ and 10.4″ units feature high brightness (1,500 cd/m²) and an anti-glare coating.
All three units will operate in temperatures between -30° to 80°. They are aimed at public information systems, ticketing equipment, marine navigation systems and similar applications.
The 7″ TX20D203VM2BAA and 8″ TX20D200VM2BAB share 800 x 480 resolution. The 7″ features a 40-pin CMOS data interface, which supports 6-bit RGB and up to 262,000 colours. It has a 600:1 contrast ratio. The 8″ features a 20-pin LVDS interface and has an 800:1 contrast ratio.
KOE’s 10.4″ module, the TX26D200VM2BAB, has an 800:1 contrast ratio and 800 x 600 resolution. A 20-pin LVDS interface, supporting 8-bit RGB and 8-bit colour, is featured.
