JCDecaux, in partnership with Royal Bafokeng Holdings, a community-owned investment company, is to acquire Africa’s Continental Outdoor Media. The company operates in 14 countries throughout Africa. JCDecaux already has operations in South Africa, Algeria and Cameroon and through this acquisition will now have reach in 13 new countries.
