JCDecaux has won the five year contract for Rotterdam public transport company RET’s outdoor advertising, taking over from Exterion Media, which in turn replaced CBS Outdoor. The contract covers passenger shelters, trams, buses and the Rotterdam Underground in over 1000 locations in total.
