JCDecaux subsidiary Sopact has installed the first of 2,000 new bus shelters in Paris (Display Monitor Vol 21 No 3); work is expected to continue until the summer. Around 100 of the shelters will be equipped with 32″ touch screens, another 100 will use solar panels and 50 will have plants on the roof. The first is in Place la Bastille.
