Huawei set a smartphone shipment target for 2016 of 140 million, 40% higher than it sold in 2015. The company hit the 100 million mark on 14th October and the target looks achievable. It cited 50% growth in Western and North Eastern Europe and added that it has sold over 8 million units of its dual-camera models, the P9 and P9 Plus. Huawei said that it saw a 30% rise in the more expensive high-end phones.
