Huawei Video is a new OTT TV platform now available for Huawei and Honor smartphone users in Spain and Italy, ahead of a wider European launch. Users can access pilot episodes, trailers and bonus features for free, while those who want to access full series, documentaries and sports can subscribe for €5 ($5.80) a month. Individual TV shows and films can also be “rented” for 48 hours, priced at €2 ($2.30) and €3 ($3.50) respectively.
Current content partners include Atresmedia, Daluqiao, eOne, Inverleigh, RTVE, Thema, Zoomin and more.
