Hisense has revealed the launch of its new AI television system, VIDAA-AI, in Beijing. The system offers voice-command functions and real-time video search in full screen. This new technology is said to be faster than all other voice-interactive responses and simultaneously able to support the visual recognition of multiple types of first-hand information, such as news, photography and shopping information.
Hisense’s AI partner, Yi+, will continue to provide the company with its analysis engine, which it claims can capture image and video intelligence rapidly, identifying numerous celebrities and product items within milliseconds. Information that is of relevance to the current content shown on the screen can then be relayed to audiences.
