At an investor’s conference, Hannstar said that it has strong orders for the first half of 2017 and it cannot meet all its demand. Panel sizes have increased, so effective capacity has reduced.
In the conference, it was stated that the company has developed smartphone and on-cell touch panels using 0.25mm glass and which will be available in 2017.
