Acer has said that its North American online store was hacked recently. Shoppers who used the site between the 12th May 2015 and 28th April 2016 (yes, almost a year – TA) may have had their information stolen, including names, addresses and credit card numbers. People who think that they may have been affected are being urged to contact the police.
