Sources say that Google is to launch two Chrome-based digital signage players, with AOpen, in the middle of Q3’15. Production was scheduled for Q2, but was deferred due to to certification issues. One product, Chromebox Commercial, is for use in signage and vertically integrated terminals. The other, Chromebase Commercial, is made up of 19″ and 21″ AIO devices with touch screens.
