Google Glass is Still Kicking

Google’s chairman Eric Schmidt has said that Google Glass has not been cancelled (Google Glass is off the Shelves for Now) – simply postponed. The project is “too important” to scrap, he told the Wall Street Journal. Google is still planning on making the product ready for consumers’ use. “We ended the Explorer programme and the press conflated this into us cancelling the whole project, which isn’t true”, said Schmidt.
