Google Chooses Android for Pixel Tablet

Android Police say that Google is to release a new tablet in the Pixel family – but it will run Android, rather than the Chrome OS (previous Pixel devices have all used Chrome). The source says that the ‘Pixel C’ will feature a 10.2″ display, with 308 ppi (slightly higher than 2560 x 1600 resolution) and 500 cd/m² of brightness. The charger will be USB-C, and a glowing bar on the back of the tablet will show battery level.
