Gear VR Consumer Version Coming This Year, Says Oculus

Samsung’s Gear VR (Samsung Brings B2B to Consumer Show) will be launched this year alongside the Galaxy Note 5 – or so implied John Carmack, CTO of Oculus VR. Carmack told Game Developers’ Conference attendees that the product would be launched with Samsung’s next hardware cycle. Samsung’s new Note devices tend to be launched at IFA in September.
