What They Say
Gartner forecasts worldwide government IT spending to grow 6.8% in 2023, but in bad news for display makers, it forecasts device spending to drop by 7.3% this year after the Covid boost of 11.6% in 2021. The analyst said that government end-users extend the useful life of their devices that were acquired at the onset of the pandemic.
What We Think
Government IT users are not renowned in the UK for using very modern devices so I hate to think extending the life of them will work out! (BR)
