Optoma has expanded its range of DuraCore laser ProScene projectors for the professional installation market with the launch of four new high-specification projectors – the ZU500T, ZH500T, ZW500T and the short throw ZU500TST.
The feature-packed projectors boast a brightness of 5,000 lumens and offer advanced installation options to include HDBaseT™, lens shift, four corner correction and 360° positioning in any direction.
Optoma’s DuraCore laser range champions an industry-leading laser light source delivering a minimum of 20,000 hours in full brightness mode, along with an independent IP rated dust certification.

The new 500T series comes in WUXGA, 1080p and WXGA resolutions and offers true 360° installation. Flexibility is extended in this range with four corner adjustment, Picture-in-Picture and HDBaseT™ connectivity. And the short throw lens of the ZU500TST offers stunning image performance from a short distance.”
Perfect for large venues, lecture theatres, auditoriums and conference rooms, the new 500T series has horizontal and vertical lens shift and 1.6x optical zoom, allowing for quick and accurate installation. Four corner geometric adjustment is also included for uneven walls or where a projector placement is awkward and needs to be installed at an angle.
Additionally, an HDBaseT™ input is included to simplify cabling requirements and reduce installation complexity, saving time and reducing costs.
The new models also support Picture-by-Picture (PbP) and Picture-in-Picture (PiP) – ideal features for video-conferencing and other collaborative applications.
