Flex, a company that designs and builds technology products for different industries, has acquired AGM Automotive, a supplier of automotive interior components.
The combined company should enable new solutions to be developed for automotive interior systems such as for lighting, plastics and electronics.
The acquisition is expected to complete in the second quarter of 2017.
