PMA Research has announced the top-selling projectors in the USA in July. The company divides the results into three categories: ‘pico and personal’, ‘mainstream’ and ‘4,000+ lumen’.
The best-selling ‘pico and personal’ projector was Aaxa’s LED Pico; the company also took the third and fourth places, with the P300 Pico and P4-X. Asus’ S1 was in second and LG made its first appearance in the top five, with the PF1500.
A pair of Epson projectors took the top four spots in the ‘Mainstream’ segment: the Brightlink 585Wi and 595Wi in first and second, and the Powerlite 98H and 99WH in third and fourth. NEC’s NP-M322X completed the top five list.
In the ‘4,000+ Lumen’ category, Epson again took the top two spots with the Powerlite 1985WU and 1940W. Sony’s VPL-FHZ55/W came in third, Optoma’s EH501 in fourth and Hitachi’s Cp-X5022WN in fifth.
