The Digital Signage Business Climate Index (DBCI) for the DACH region has fallen slightly for the November-December period, compared to September-October. The Index, produced by OVAB Europe, was down from 54.55 to 54.15. However, this is such a small change that the current business situation is still seen as positive by respondents.
OVAB’s DBCI covers Austria, Germany and Switzerland. The German signage market was highlighted as performing higher than the previous survey. More companies said that they were performing positively (65.9% compared to 62.5%) or were stable (33% compared to 32.3%). Many fewer said that their business situation was negative (1.1% compared to 5.2%).
The Swiss and Austrian signage markets’ business climates were down slightly compared to the September-October period.
