TENAA, the Chinese version of the FCC, has certified Sony’s upcoming Xperia Z3 smartphone, and shared some details. There will be both single- (L55T) and dual-SIM (L55U) variants, at least in China. The phone appears similar to the Z2, although slightly (0.8mm) slimmer; the display is the same 5.2″ 1920 x 1080 LCD version, with an IPS panel. The Snapdragon 801 CPU is also slightly more powerful: 2.5GHz instead of 2.3GHz.
