Sony has announced that Dolby Vision support will begin rolling out to select models of its 2016 and 2017 Android TVs at the end of January 2018.
The update adds Dolby Vision HDR to the Sony A1 OLED, as well as the company’s Z9D, X94E and X93E LCDs. With the release of this update, these models will support three major HDR formats—HDR10, HLG and now Dolby Vision.
