Denver International Airport to Increase Gate Capacity by 30%

39 new gates will be added across four concourses at Denver International Airport as part of a $1.5 billion expansion project, scheduled to conclude by spring 2021.

The new capacity represents a 30% boost to gate capacity and will allow the airport to accommodate more airlines, both local and international. The expansion is part of a $3.5 billion five-year capital improvement programme for the airport.

Concourse B will see 11 new gates installed in total — four on B-West and seven on B-East.
